I'm not sure if my order was confirmed?

Once your order is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Occasionally, it may end up in the spam folder. This email serves as verification that your order has been confirmed. If you do not receive it within an hour of placing your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Oh snap! We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us at vani.illustrates@gmail.com along with high-res photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the product and we will refund/replace the order as per your preference. 

​I’m not really happy with my product, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we only offer returns/exchanges if the product is damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please write to us and help us serve you better next time.

I want to place a bulk order; can I get a discount?

We love shipping big! Write to us at vani.illustrates@gmail.com and help us with the details.

I want a customised product, can you do that?

Yes yes! Feel free to write to dm us at vani.illustrates on instagram for customised products and commissioned illustration projects. 

I placed an order but now I wish to cancel it, what can I do?

We are so sorry to hear that, but we don’t accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. We hope once it reaches you, you are flooded with love we sent through our products.
